This review is very very long over due. Ho-Toy’s use to be the best Chinese food joint in Orange County, hands down, don’t agree? Fight me. Lines were out the door just to get their hands on that delicious orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. They were second to none. The chow mein… don’t even get me started on the chow mein. It should have been nominated for the Nobel peace prize, that bad boy could stop wars, it was so freaking good! But then it came, the day they were bought out by pizza boy. The quality went down the drain, the chow mein was stripped of its prize and the lines out the door of happy people were no longer existent. What happened Ho-Toys? Who hurt you? Mr. and Mrs. Ho-Toys, or to whoever it may concern, please bring back those once delicious recipes that had business booming. Please! Please! Bring back the Ho-Toys recipes from the early 2000’s. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. -ZZZADDY CHRIS

The service was decent. Seeing as there was no other customers when I got there. Should have been my first red flag. I soldiered on though. Then the lady was kinda polite but when it came time to pay she was like yeah here.. the food was horrible.. the plus side.. they give you a whole bunch of food for 11.99. It sucks, but if your broke and haven’t eaten and want food for later you will definitely have some left over. I don’t know if it’s cuz there’s so much or because you can barely eat it. Good luck here…

The owners are awesome, it is Great value large portions. The food tastes good and the husband and wife who run it are super friendly. I highly recommended this place..

I like the way she went in the back and had my food specially prepared for me cuz I want it all the vegetables, it was very good, they put so much food in the plate it took me two days to eat it 😁

Food all looked like shit when I arrived and very greasy but I still have it a chance. Noodles tasted too soggy and very sweet flavor rice wasn't even fried right tasted like old white rice from days ago just cooked up again. Beef was so damn chewy I couldn't even swallow it. Took one bite of everything and had to throw it away, my guy already knew I was gone be sick if I tried to eat it. Not sure how this place is still open. People with low standards would only enjoy this. Not even if I was drunk and really hungry would I eat this crap. Place is hot as hell inside too cant even breathe.
